Verklaring van overeenstemming betekenis

Een (EG/EU) Verklaring van Overeenstemming/Conformiteitsverklaring is vereist voor het aanbrengen van het CE-keurmerk, en het dient als een ondertekende verklaring dat een product voldoet aan de relevante EU-richtlijnen, verordeningen en/of normen, waarbij de veiligheid, prestaties en overeenstemming met essentiële vereisten worden verklaard. Het opstellen van een conformiteitsverklaring (of een “EU verklaring van overeenstemming”), is een onderdeel van het CE-markeringsproces. Daar krijg je mee te maken wanneer je een product fabriceert, importeert of distribueert (verkoopt) in de EU. Verklaring van overeenstemming betekenis De Verklaring van Overeenstemming dient in ieder geval het volgende te bevatten: Naam en volledig adres van de fabrikant en, indien van toepassing, de aangewezen Gemachtigde, en de naam en het adres van de partij die gemachtigd is om het technisch dossier op te stellen en te bewaren.
